Social Distancing Yoga Series: Episode 4
Welcome back! I thought today might be a good day to share two of my favorite restorative poses. I like to use these poses when I am feeling stressed, unwell, or like i just can’t sleep. I feel like all of those issues are a bit of the societal norm these days.
So, here you go! Take 15 minutes to practice a little self care and comforting restoration!
Have 3-4 blankets handy when getting ready for this class.
