Today’s class is a quickie. You can fit this little class in in just under 10 minutes. It is meant to challenge your balance, move your body and maybe make you laugh a little! Grab your littles if you have them and let’s have little fun!!
If you do find balance challenging, try this out by a wall or chair to give yourself a little support!
