Food is fundamental to our well being in so many ways, not just physically feeding our bodies, but also potentially providing comfort, connection with friends and family, and even creative outlets. Food is powerful.
Yoga is a blessing. With yoga, we can discover strength and flexibility within ourselves, body and mind. Yoga can meet you where you are at, then help you grow.
I am here to talk with you about your goals, and hope to assist you in meeting them. Whether they include social dinner parties, helping strengthen your core muscles, developing a diet plan balanced for you, mastering those yoga poses you never thought possible, or anything else!
