Social Distancing Yoga Series: Episode 5
This video came about at the end of a very long day. As I started moving through this flow I progressively got more and more tired. It felt so good. I slept like a log. Use this practice in the morning, or just one round at night to get ready for bed.
This practice is a very gentle 10 minute flow. Move slow, breath deep, and give your entire body a little attention. If you have time, doing this practice 3-4 times in a row could be a very nice little yoga class!
