Use this class to stretch and strengthen your hips and legs. It is a simple and strait forward class. Could be great addition to another flow, or, just a way to target those areas in a short amount of time. This set felt really good to me when I practice them! I hope you enjoy.
Feeling the need for a little movement, but , really, not really. This is a flow, but a flow with a very gentle start and nothing too aggressive in the middle. It just gets you moving for 15 minutes with a simple quiet flow.
Take 10 minutes to stretch your body. You don't even have to get up off the floor!
It turned out to be a bit more of Hatha style class. There are a few challenging poses that popped up, but, it made it fun and interesting. Give yourself 20 minutes of yoga play time today!
This practice is a very gentle 10 minute flow. Move slow, breath deep, and give your entire body a little attention. If you have time, doing this practice 3-4 times in a row could be a very nice little yoga class!
