Wall assisted yoga is so powerful! Using the wall is a great way to improve your yoga practice, increase strength, balance, and flexibility. ( Improving these things will not only help with your practice, but help with your day to day activities and life!)
Here are a few of my favorite wall yoga poses. You can use the pose as a quick practice, individually, or to supplement another flow!
