20 mins of yoga for 2020
It’s been a while since a shared a yoga class on here. I thought that this new year might be the right time to add to this little collection of classes.
This class is intended to be a quick 20 mins to touch on every part of your body. It will build a little heat ( just the right amount I’d like to believe). It’s enough movement to get your heart pumping a little, but not so much that you get so sweaty you need a shower. Start your morning off right or add it into your day when you need a pick me up!
Remember, take modifications where you need, push yourself when you are ready, and most of all, enjoy!
