All in yoga
Often times we feel that we need to stop everything to practice yoga, as nice as that is, it’s good to know that it is possible to make yoga fit into your busy, crazy days.
Take 10 minutes to stretch your body. You don't even have to get up off the floor!
It turned out to be a bit more of Hatha style class. There are a few challenging poses that popped up, but, it made it fun and interesting. Give yourself 20 minutes of yoga play time today!
This practice is a very gentle 10 minute flow. Move slow, breath deep, and give your entire body a little attention. If you have time, doing this practice 3-4 times in a row could be a very nice little yoga class!
Today’s class is a quickie. You can fit this little class in in just under 10 minutes. It is meant to challenge your balance, move your body and maybe make you laugh a little! Grab your littles if you have them and let’s have little fun!!
