Today we are doing a stronger warming flow. This is not a difficult flow per-say, but, we will move through the practice and warm the entire body. Plan for just under 20 minutes to do this entire flow.
Welcome! Here is where you can find when and where I am teaching and cooking, or maybe sometimes, what is on my mind. Hope you have a nice stay!

Here we are! Learning this new way to do things. I thought it might be nice to offer up a few short free yoga practices I hope that you can add into your days when needed.
Traveling is so much fun, and sometimes, so hard on our bodies. Sitting in a car, or on an airplane, or in a bus for hours can make for sore spots and less enjoyable moments.
Here are a few of my favorite yoga poses I use to help recovery from, or sometimes, incorporate into long travel days.
Finding a comfortable place to be still can be VERY difficult! This is a process, so, I have broken it down into short daily practices. You can do it all at once, or, you can try each step on a different day. My hope is that within a week you might find a space that works for you.
But I will say what every yoga instructor would say if you are wobbling out of balance in a pose; focus on your core. Breath into any areas of tension. Some discomfort can be ok, but don’t try to force something lest you hurt yourself. Give yourself grace for being where you are. Find your center, and be strong in it.
One of my wonderful clients asked if we could make a video of some of the shoulder work we had done together. She wanted this so that she could share with a group of swimmers she is helping to coach. I happily agreed!
Here is a short shoulder series built to help swimmers, but really, it's good for anyone with shoulders! Hope you Enjoy.
